You can withdraw and get a full refund anytime before the sealed case is purchased. Once we buy the case, all sales are final — we can't put the figures back in the box. You'll receive an email notification at every step so there are no surprises.
What is a blind box split?
A blind box split is when a group of collectors share the cost of a sealed case. Instead of buying random individual boxes and hoping for the figure you want, you claim a specific confirmed figure before the case is even opened. It's sometimes called a group buy, case split, or box split — they all mean the same thing.
